In a recent Bitpush news update, **Pudgy Penguins**, the parent company of **Igloo Inc.**, has acquired **Frame**, a platform centered around Web3 creators. Frame has developed infrastructure that allows for the creation of NFT marketplaces without the need for permissions, enforcing creator royalties. According to the company’s website, the platform also allocates a portion of the second-layer gas fees to support creators.
It is reported that the Frame team will collaborate with Igloo to develop the **Abstract Chain**, a network aimed at building on-chain culture and communities.
