According to reports from Beep, Riot Platforms Inc. has acquired a 9.25% stake in Bitfarms Ltd., a smaller Bitcoin mining company. It is reported that Riot is planning to publicly acquire this company, although Bitfarms rejected Riot’s acquisition offer last month.
