Bitdeer to Acquire Desiweminer an ASIC Chip Design Company in an AllStock Transaction Worth 140 Million

Bitcoin mining company Bitdeer will acquire ASIC chip design company Desiweminer in a $140 million all-stock deal. It is reported that Bitdeer has agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of Desiweminer on June 3 with 20 million shares of Class A common stock BTDR.
