According to Glassnode data, the total combined BTC balance of all major entities is about 4.23 million, accounting for 27% of the total adjusted circulating supply (i.e. total supply minus BTC idle for over seven years). This includes:
– 862,000 BTC held by the US spot ETF;
– 141,000 BTC held by Mt. Gox trustee;
– 207,000 BTC held by the US government;
– 2.3 million BTC held by all exchanges;
– 706,000 BTC held by miners (excluding Patoshi).
