Germany Telecom to Expand Bitcoin Mining Business

In breaking news, T-Mobile, the German telecommunications company, has announced its plans to venture into Bitcoin mining, expanding its ongoing crypto activities. Dirk Röder, the Head of Web3 Infrastructure and Solutions at T-Mobile, revealed during a speech at BTC Prague that they have been running Bitcoin nodes since 2023, as well as operating Bitcoin Lightning nodes. He hinted at a soon-to-come digital currency mining operation.
