Bloomberg Standard Chartered Bank Plans to Launch Spot Trading Platforms for Bitcoin and Ethereum

Standard Chartered Bank is reportedly setting up trading desks for Bitcoin and Ethereum, making it one of the first global banks to enter the spot cryptocurrency trading. According to two anonymous sources, the new cryptocurrency trading division will soon be operational and will be a part of the bank’s foreign exchange department. One of the sources mentioned that the department will be operated by the bank’s London office.
