CoinShares, in a recent report, stated that the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States in January of this year no longer affects the Bitcoin price narrative of interest rates. With the decrease in ETF flows, the price of Bitcoin is once again aligning with market expectations of interest rates.
The Federal Reserve is facing a challenging dilemma as it needs to control persistent inflation while also supporting the weakened US economy. In the long run, this dilemma may be advantageous for Bitcoin. Given the fixed supply of Bitcoin, it will be supported when the Federal Reserve lowers interest rates.
