Polkadot Official Treasury Allocates 3 Million DOT to Boost DeFi Growth

The Polkadot community, through a vote, overwhelmingly supported the allocation of 3 million DOT to enhance the decentralized finance (DeFi) within the Polkadot ecosystem. This decision was made through three independent proposals within Polkadot’s decentralized governance system, OpenGov. The approval of these proposals will provide the ecosystem with an accessible, deep native liquidity layer, fostering the thriving development of the ecosystem.
