Bitlayer, the Bitcoin Layer 2 project, has announced the launch of its official NFT called Lucky Helmet. There will be a total of 5,000 Lucky Helmet NFTs, and they are scheduled to be available for minting from May 4th, 2024, 10:00 (UTC) to May 5th, 2024, 10:00 (UTC).
Holders of Bitlayer Lucky Helmet will enjoy priority governance rights, potential token airdrops, as well as points and multiple multiplier benefits for future official activities. Lucky Helmet introduces a new paradigm of NFT asset minting on the Bitcoin blockchain, where they can be minted on Bitcoin and freely circulated on Bitlayer while still supporting users to transfer them back to the Bitcoin layer using cross-chain functionality. All NFTs will be distributed through a whitelist to active participants in the Bitcoin community and evangelists. Community users can earn a spot on the whitelist by actively participating in a series of official activities initiated by Bitlayer from April 15th to May 1st, including activities launched in collaboration with platforms like OKX Wallet and Galxe.
