Bybit: French Financial Market Authority’s Latest Warning to Investors

French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) announced in a notice on Thursday that the digital asset trading platform Bybit has been blacklisted by AMF since May 20, 2022, for non-compliance with current French regulations. The regulatory body urges retail investors to exercise extreme caution regarding the investment advice provided by Bybit to the French public. Bybit is not authorized to offer its digital asset services in France, and AMF reserves the right to take legal action to block access to the platform’s website.
