Carlos Domingo is calling for more clear regulations on digital assets and expanding the privileges of Special Purpose Broker-Dealers (SPBD) to prevent the United States from falling behind Europe. He stated that legislators must provide clearer definitions for digital assets and tokenized securities to distinguish them from other digital assets. He said, “This lack of clarity hinders regulatory agencies from truly understanding the unique characteristics of compliant tokenized securities and regulating them accordingly.”
