In breaking news, according to Coindesk, a federal judge in the United States has dismissed part of the lawsuit brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against the cryptocurrency exchange platform Binance and its founder CZ. The SEC’s allegations regarding Binance’s initial token offering and ongoing sales of BNB, BNB Vault, staking services, as well as allegations of unregistered securities and fraud, will proceed. Additionally, the judge has granted Binance and CZ’s motion to dismiss charges related to secondary market sales of BNB and Simple Earn.
