Phantom’s Acquisition of Bitski: A Creative Crypto Wallet Merger

Cryptocurrency wallet Phantom, part of the Solana ecosystem, has announced its first acquisition by purchasing the Bitski wallet service, which is backed by prominent investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Galaxy Digital. Phantom stated that the Bitski team will join them to bring embedded wallets to Solana, simplifying the onboarding process for users and developers. The transition of Bitski’s products will gradually take place over the next few months. Negotiations between Phantom and Bitski began earlier this year, and the deal has now been finalized.
