BlackRock stated in a filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that on May 21, 2024, the affiliated company, Seed Capital Investors, initiated the purchase of a seed creation basket, consisting of 400,000 shares, at a price of $25 per share, subject to certain conditions. The trust fund obtained a total revenue of $10,000,000 from the sale of the seed creation basket. The trust fund intends to use the revenue from the seed creation basket to purchase ETH at a certain time, which may not have been done yet.
