Parfin Develops New Blockchain to Enhance Privacy of Brazilian CBDC

According to Bitcoin.com, the financial company Parfin, which focuses on cryptocurrencies and blockchain, has developed a new blockchain system called Rayls, intended to enhance the privacy of the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) in Brazil, Drex. This solution can operate in a licensed manner, requiring each account interacting with the system to pass through the KYC process.
