According to Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett, in the lawsuit against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by Consensys, a Texas judge has granted the request of Consensys’ lawyers to expedite the decision on whether the SEC has the authority to regulate MetaMask. A ruling is expected to be made by the end of this year or early 2025.
