In a document released on Monday, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has delayed making a decision on the proposed Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF. The regulatory body has set the next deadline for approving or rejecting the proposed ETF for July 5, 2024.
Previously, the SEC had postponed taking action on the Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF and sought public opinion in February. In the past few weeks, the regulatory body has also delayed making decisions on other proposed Ethereum ETFs, including those from Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and BlackRock.
